Unless you have purchased the proper license for the theme that you are using on wordpress your clients can get in trouble and so can you, most licenses are only for one (1) website.

 

It's not a Wordpress theme so there's no license

 

PHP perhaps then? Same thing goes for any purchased design, this layout that you are using is identical to Nimbus Themes | Ember Demo, reason why I'm warning is because I have myself previously done the mistake and have gotten in trouble for it.

 

It's similar the theirs but not identical, thanks for the warning though. I've only made this one website so when I sell it it's only 1 license so I should be ok
