How is 'Sythe' pronounced?

i tend to say "Scythe" ...yea imo it's scythe..

 

Hmm, I thought it was the inclusion of 'c' that gave it that sound... like in the word cyclone.

I say scythe, but could see how people say "sith"

 

I pronounce it "Sith."
So do my friends when they read it too.
I tend to think of it as "Myth." (Mith)
Except with an S, and an E at the end.

I seem to remember a thread like this from a long time ago. I beleive Sythe posted and said 'sythe' is pronounced the same way as 'scythe'.
