    It's just a glitch.
    He wont attack you or anything.
    Unless you're doing DT & have the gems on you, then yeah.

    He only comes if you got the four diamonds of Azzandra for the desert treasure quest. He might be following someone else then got to follow you it happens:)

    Yes, that's the stranger from the quest "Desert Treasure".
    He pops up and attacks if you have any of the diamonds from the quest on you.
    Though I've never seen him not attack.
