Looking for Rep, free account training + others

Hey im new to the sythe forums but not to runescape. (5 years) and have recentally given up on my 114 main.

I was wanting to get a bit of rep up, make some friends, and genrally keep myself occupied on runescape.

because of this i am offering my services for free in most cases for such things as :

-Account training
-Fire capeing (you provide unless you pay me)
-All skills training (you provide unless you pay me)
-Questing
-mostly any others you can think of ( may be charge )
