Some things you MUST agree on before even considering taking on this job:

• Payment will be held until 24 hours after completion time ensure the points were achieved in a safe manner.
• You will have the duration of one OSRS bond (2 weeks) to complete this job.
• You will be gaining 800 pest control points
• A Middleman (preferably Chloe) will be used to hold my payment in escrow and I will cover any and all fees.
• By saying "I agree to the bullets in the original post" in your request to take on this job then you will agree and abide by ALL of the above bullets.

Best bidder for the job wins. Strict the above bullets may be, but it's to weed out you scum bag fucks who want to offer "by-hand" power leveling etc and bot the fucking account.
