for staying in shape u could just eat right and exercise doing pe at school...for losing weight u would need to do other things like going to the gym on a regular basis but if people need to start getting in shape this might help.. 8/10 nobody else would have ever thought of this, though it wouldnt help to lose weight

I am a fat fuck that plays runescape 23.93265/7, this was the most uberliciously delicious guide I've ever seen. Seriously though, I hope you don't get banned for running too fast on a treadmill

Na.. listen to this. Get one of those leg exercisers, I can't explain it well but its like a bike peddle and you have to peddle it.. sort of. As its small it can fit under a table or desk so you can do leg exercise while playing.

 

But this guide is for those people who are too addicted to spend any free time doing that.

kinda nice but i go to the gym and workout for liuke 2hrs and only play rs when im back so not much help to me but prolly is for someone else
