Recovery of sir louis (Banned: Hacked)

I made a post not too long ago attempting to recover my account but I unfortunately became busy and forgot to check back on the status of my recovery so I am attempting it again.

The reason for my account being banned was "Hacked" yet I believe this will have been due to a change in IP address as I moved after my first year of university.

I'll keep checking back on this for any updates.

Yes - The account was hacked. It doesn't appear anyone was scammed from what I can see, however.

You will need to run a full virus scan and malwarebytes anti-malware and upload the pictures here.
Furthermore, provide proof of ownership for your account in addition to a new e-mail to be used.

 

I apologize for the long wait with your recovery. Reading through your response, I saw you had the 2FA recovery code listed at the bottom as well. Thanks for providing that.

I've gone ahead and disabled 2FA and sent a password reset request to the back-up e-mail you listed. The account ban has been lifted as well.

When logging in, please set a new, unique password and enable 2FA on your account.
