Payment not fully done (Half scam) iPkiKov

Hi Guys,

So long story short. I sold an account to @iPkiKov for 100m. @Chloe was the moderator in this trade.
He bought 100m of a gold seller, however he had to pay Chloe 9m for the OMM. We agreed that he will pay the rest of the 9m later after the trade was done.

Upon now i have not received this 9m I dont really want to make fuss about this. But I do want the full payment. So since im getting ignored on skype for two days. I'm forced to take this on here to raise awareness to @iPkiKov to get the payment done.
