Str pure *READ FIRST IMPORTANT STUFF HERE!*

Ok, first off you need to start a RuneScape account, search "www.runescape.com" if you don't have one. Choose new user go throught the whole process. On the island rush through everything. Once you get to tut of combat (this is where almost ALL pures mess up) Don't train any skills above one, because the training to do there is the exp coming off you HP. Now once you are off tut island, I would suggest getting 200 trout, 400-600 salmon, and 300 lobsters. Now you also need a iron, steel, and black scimi, adamant scimi, and the rune scimi. I recommend doing Stronghold of Security for the 10k. After that, lets go training!

First go to the monks located West of Edgeville. (No food needed, the monks can heal you) First there, get 10-15 str, then get 10 attack. Now get you str to 25-30 at monks, or cows, scorpions maybe. Flesh Crawlers are good money if you are P2P, but not F2P, Flesh Crawlers are awesome exp either way till 40 str. Go to the barbarian village train at the barbarians till about 45+ str, if its not boring to you you can stay here till 50 str. Flesh Crawlers are perfect for 45-50 str+, use these till 55. GRATZ! You just hit a major mark for ANY str pure. Now I would suggest either becoming a member and training at rock crabs, or staying F2P and training at Hill Giants for money (keep the Big Bones and Limpwurt roots.) You can use Hill Giants or Flesh Crawlers till 60 str. Moss Giants are good till 70. Now you should PK at Bounty Hunter.

    Range add on

First, buy about 1-2k iron arrows, 2k steels, and 1k miths, though miths are not needed that bad. First buy all the bows to maple, if you are P2P buy all the bows to magic, buy a dark bow if you like to show off...Now head to the good old monks and train to 25 range, if you are P2P go to rock crabs, and stay there till 50 range. Back to F2P, at 25 range you might want to try guards, but if they are to strong for you get 30 range and then you will have no problem. You should've stayed at guards from 30 range to 35 range. At 35 range go to barbarians village and train to 40 range.
Now buy green dragon hide vambs and chaps. Now head to the security stronghold and pick on the lv 28 minatours, make sure you bring your iron arrows. Pick up the iron arrows the minatours drop. And this is good exp and iron arrows till about 50 range, P2P at 50 range should leave rock crabs and go to moss giants or orges and stay there till 60-61 range. If you are F2P Moss Giants are good till 55 range. Now whenever you train range it will be at Lesser Demons. At 70-75 range you should PK at Bounty Hunter.

    Mage add on

First buy about 5000 air runes, 2000 mind runes, and all the staffs. Head over to the good old monks again bringing all your runes, and your best mage things, and all your staffs. Use the air staff and air strike till 5 mage, then use water strike at cows till 10 mage. Now you should train mage at scorpions with earth strike. Once at 14 mage, train mage *ALWAYS* at Lesser demons. If you are P2P you can go to the mage arena, and greaters after watchtower quest, or orges. Use your spell of choice, preferrable fire strike all the way to 30 mage. At 30 mage you can use curse, or stay with fire strike to 45 mage. At 45 mage if you are P2P the best place to train mage after 45 would be Black Demons, Greater Demons after the Watchtower quest, if you are F2P try the white knights if you can spare food. Either way you should have a good way to 59 mage.

    Final stats

GRATZ, you have made a great pure. His stats should be about:

    40 att
    75 str
    59 mage
    65-75 range
    60-70 HP
1-5 def if you are F2P, 1-20 def if you are P2P
    1-52 pray

You may copy this, as long as you have asked me, I am in the credits, or I am said to be the maker of this.
