    Websites aren't made in a programming language. They are written in mark-up languages like HTML.

    Indeed. It is impossible to make a website out of VB. You can use VBScript to help you - though I don't recommend it because it is MS browser only lawl.

    Learn some HTML and PHP.

    Actually you can use vbscript in all browsers if your webpage has the .asp extention.
