Multiple monitors

Ha are you playing the ut3 demo atm? Im playing it and its pretty freakin sweet.

 

I plugged in another 22 inch mont with my current 22inch mont.

My 8600GT has two DVI slots to multi monitor

Using nView to basically make the screens as one screen.

It was ok.... but it got annoying due the having to move my eyes and head all the frigan time.

I think its much faster to switch between applications.

 

Multiple moniters is awesome . My mate has a 19inch screen with his laptop. It helps alot because his laptop screen has such low resolution..

And his brother is trying to hook their giant tv upto his computer.. I hope it works !

 

Not atm I aint got round to getting the demo yet, Got UT2004 and GOTY still those.

 

I hooked my pc to my 62 inch tv..

XP would give it an error..

Vista auto detected the HD tv and automatically configured my gfx card for it.

I played Half Life 2 on my 62inch... ooo it was great until my parents got home and where like wtf lol

with multiple monitors do you have like 3 mouses and keyboards and shit?

 

GFX = 100x easier with dual monitors TBH... but than again, dual monitors = godsend when you've only got a TINY 15" monitor

No, if you have two monitors, you can use the second as an extension for your current screen.

 

I was implying mostly the weekends/holidays from that.

On school/working days, its about 5-6.

 

usually 80fps average..

The big screen didnt make a different in the fps..

I didnt use some crazy ass 2500x2500 resolution.
