LOL I've tried the laptop one in the past... Didn't work out very well for me... Broke the screen.

While I'm woodcutting or fishing I'm on sythe. I later in the day go play soccer or hang out with friends.

wow, ok however doesn't do something like that and just plays runescape nothing else, is a NERD!!! lol i play soccer like almost 24/7. it helps a lot

 

Good guide for someone that sits on the computer all day lol.
But if you do just sit on the computer all day, maybe go outside every now and then or but some weights.
I don't get how someone can sit down and play runescape for more than an hour and a half at a time...

 

Or you could take the logical approach and go to the gym then get to Runescape. Getting in shape and losing weight are different things, might as well get both done at the same rather than one on an arbitrary schedule.
If you want the job done, do it right.

lol ^^. i for one am overweight. and im sure half the people are too ashamed to admit it. im currently going to the gym 1 hour a day, 3 times a week. 4/5 guide for effort. i might use this when on other days when im on rs, just relaxing .
