so paypal banned me for having too many disputes

it's actually as retarded as it sounds, i disputed a few items that i didn't get from a seller and the seller didn't even respond, case took over 10 days and i won all of them. a few weeks later i've been banned from paypal because of those disputes. what am i supposed to do?

 

You should call them and explain things. It's good to be able to explain your side of the story to an actual person who can take down notes on what caused your ban.

 

Were you buying physical products or virtual goods/services?

If you've been mass charging back just because you feel like it, or you're unsatisfied for the sake of it, then you'll have been labelled as abusing their system and policies, hence the ban.

I think you need to be more specific with what exactly you were buying, how often, and how many purchases from each seller.

You obviously don't have to share details you're not comfortable sharing, but realistically speaking from what you've said so far we can only guess the reason from a multitude of possible situations.

I'm happy to help, as I'm sure many others are, but we need to know more about the situation to ensure you don't receive mislead guidance

 

it was for virtual goods from a website that i've never recieved it from, also 1 was an actual item, but it was also mass, maybe like 8-10 disputes. i've had paypal for over 7 years, i've tried calling them and they're useless saying once i've been banned they're not gonna do anything about it

 

It's Paypal, it'll be extremely hard to win any case they've implemented.
if you where banned for fraud, id try. "TRY" find an online format for a formal complaint, edit the text to suit your situation with your credentials, etc. submit this to Paypal, if the ban was they deemed you a risk to other customers, or anything else not related to confirmed fraud. Paypal will release your funds after a set duration (up to 180 days), if you have a bank account linked to the banned Paypal, funds will be accessible for transfer after the duration is over, however the account will remain limited in every other aspect. if nothing is linked, you'll receive an email to the Paypal email after the duration is over.

Did you get an email stating why you were banned?

 

Call them up and explain your situation, be 100% honest about what happened. My friend use to be a large seller on ebay/amazon and he would often run into these situations, being honest about what happened here is the best advice i can give you.

 

Looks like the guy is banned. Chances of him responding or stating if is a permanent limitation is slim to none. I got my ass canned by PayPal because of fraudulent buyer disputes. Bastards trying to scam me, won the disputes but got permanently limited days later. You need to contact them and be honest. Did you get , notification of your ban or saying what rule you broke?
