Bonesack looking for more information regarding ban and how to prove my innocence

Hello,
As the title states this is @Bonesack here looking for more information regarding my ban and how to prove my innocence. As no specific details were shared with me regarding my ban I am not sure as to how I can go about proving my legitimacy. I'm willing to cooperate with any reasonable requests by staff to settle this matter. The names I was banned for allegedly sniping are Dragonite and Frankenstein. I acquired both of these names legitimately and sold both of these names legitimately. Obviously this was a private report that led to my ban but I think it is only fair that I be given an explanation as to what type of proof was used against me so I can have the opportunity to refute it.

Chat logs might be out of the question as for proof as these transactions occurred many months ago (6+?) on various platforms (Skype, TS, RS pms, etc) and not all were text conversations (some were made in voice conversations). What can constitute as proof? Could I have the users I made the respective sales with come and vouch for the legitimacy of the transactions? Also, what if I need access to my PM box to be able to help gather evidence to support me? Is there anyway a staff member can contact me on Discord so we can expedite this process and communicate easier? My Discord is Bonesack#8061.

Need proof of purchase for both names: "Dragonite" and "Rooster." Proof constituting whatever you can put together.

Also an explanation for your behavior towards other members of Sythe constituing the bragging of sniping names.

I'd like to request a temporary DNT in that case for my account. As I'm not sure which messages in particular I will be looking for it will be easier for me to spend potentially hours sifting through them instead of a staff member wasting their valuable time doing so.

I understand asking for proof of purchase and whatnot for Dragonite but where is the name Rooster coming from now? I never had anything to do with the name Rooster and it isn't on my ban reason. I admitted to buying and selling Dragonite and Frankenstein (legitimately) but I never came into contact with the name Rooster and would like a further explanation as to why this name has now been brought into the mix.

As for the bragging of sniping names it was in Discord which the last time I checked was considered SF. I wasn't "bragging" about sniping names. It was satire as for quite some time now I have been the victim of these baseless accusations against me even though I have not even once had a scam report filed against me for scamming let alone name scamming. I just thought I'd join in on what seemed like a running joke in the community. It's hard every day to see in Discord my name being slandered and not be able to do anything about it but instead of fighting fire with fire I decided to take a less aggressive approach and it was seemingly working. I'll note that this slander has impacted me within the community as one of the reasons I was kicked from the CDT was for alleged name scamming and I found that to be ridiculous as like I said there has never been any proof of these claims brought to light (at least not to my knowledge).

Regarding the user @dirtydan69; they are simply a user I've done a few deals with in the past. I'm not sure why you decided to pick just one individual of the dozens I've transacted with on Sythe and ask about my relation to them. If you have anymore specific questions feel free to ask and I will answer them to the best of my ability.

I will be posting proof when I believe you know exactly what it is you're looking for. First I was banned for allegedly sniping Dragonite and Frankenstein but now all of a sudden Frankenstein is dismissed and this name I never had any affiliation with is added (Rooster)? No offence but this makes the case against me seem weak and unfair. Not only have I been denied seeing the evidence you have against me for my ban but you are removing and adding names I am allegedly responsible for sniping without informing me and explaining to me why. May I get an opinion on this last concern from another staff member? I'm not asking for @Tmoe to be removed from my case but I want to know if it is normal procedure for evidence to be withheld in a situation like this. It feels unjust that I am not able to see the proof against me so I can refute it and am only receiving vague requests to "post proof of this or that". Why should I be forced to post my proof if you won't post yours? I don't think it is out of line to simply request to see the evidence against me for these alleged egregious acts I committed that led to my removal from the community. I feel as if the system is being rigged against me. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but I don't think it's hard to see how difficult it is currently for me to defend myself if I don't know what I'm defending myself against (besides general "you sniped this" statements). Where is the proof? I might be wrong but from what I have seen in the past the burden of proof is on the accuser not the accusee. I'm sure you have something of what you consider to be proof as I don't think I would be removed from the community for no good reason but I believe I should have the right to view it regardless. Also I find it ironic that disputes cannot be posted after one month because "It’s also hard to dig up proof after one month." but here I am being held liable to find proof of transactions that occurred 6+ months ago that I would have never had any reason to at the time to keep track of.

Excuse the typo on my part, the name "Roster", not "Rooster." Added an extra o and missed it on my re-read as the names are quite similar. Frankenstein was not dropped; rather, I am more focused on both Dragonite & Roster given the evidence I have regarding them. Can you provide proof of you buying Rooster outside of your attempted buy where it was "sniped" even though you ended up selling it at a later date?

Your bragging about names has not only been limited to discord and we have pictures relating to you "joking around" about using an autoclicker to monitor names (link included) and other's constituting encouraging others to join you in sniping (however sarcastic?)

As for evidence being withheld, I have not provided any proof as worried about the possibilities of fake proofs. I am looking for proof of purchase for the names in question and overall insight into your interactions with other users. Also, I am not handling this by myself and other staff have gone over the case as well. Lastly, I am been very busy the last little bit and I would actually prefer for another staff member to take over both yours and KL's ban so other staff feel free to chime in

Please update me when/if the DNT is placed on my account so I can begin to search through my PMs. Also seeing as you said it yourself that you "would actually prefer for another staff member to take over both yours and KL's ban" I'd like another staff member to take responsibility of this case ASAP. This is my first time dealing with something like this and I just want to be assured I am being given a fighting chance so I hope you don't take personal offence at me requesting a second opinion. I did buy and the name Roster (legitimately) for the record; I am not denying my involvement with the name. Just as I've said with Dragonite and Frankenstein I'll begin compiling evidence once I have access to my PMs on @Bonesack.

Regarding my last post, I wanted to correct an error I made in the following sentence: "I did buy and *sell the name Roster (legitimately) for the record; I am not denying my involvement with the name."
As a warning I will be going out of town from April 12th-17th; I will still be available before and after though to continue fighting this.

What is your relationship with the name seller "Cry"?

 

Even if you provide proof of purchase, Cry's reputation as a seller and also managing to snipe at least 4 names you were actively buying when the trades failed. You ended up owning at least 3 of those names shortly afterwards, undermineing any defense you have. We have a hard time believing a singular sniper that you know somehow managed to get his hands on multiple names you were buying (and 'failed' to buy). You are in the same clan whose owner (Klucius) has been banned for name sniping and share ranks with individuals well known for sniping.

Your dispute has been denied and your DNT revoked. Your denial is not a unilateral decision and there is a staff consensus.
