1 month for a reply.. wow. FREE PLAYERS AGAINST THE WORLD!

 

yeh you know how it is.. money talks... members come first :S go buy a members pin And i dont see how they talked shit about chinese sweatshops :|

It's exactly the same with any kind of message to jagex, account recovery and more. I guess they just think its part of members benefits, or wanna make you become a member, one of the two

 

Wow they are slow workers They respond to mines in one to three days.

 

If you were a member they probably woulda responded within a day lol...all bout the money they dont care bout the free members.

 

I'm a member, and sometimes I send things in and get a reply in a month, sometimes a half day. :/

 

Well though it may not be fair people who help fund the game and keep it running as well as giving the employs of jagex their paychecks should probably receive a higher priority then those who just play for free.

The only time you will get a person talking to you is if you submit a billing query, and that takes at least two weeks. This is for free to play of course, Jagex loves to talk to the members

 

Haha, thats terrible.

I soon believe P-mods will be answering these things...

 

Money talks doesn't it its kind of sad that i tried to be a P mod on a F2p account, So much time wasted.
