Banned account

I've just tried to login to my Sythe account Jevans which I had active sales on and got "you've been banned for ban evading - bobzy1" I've never heard of this person before nor was it me posting on it, I would like some proof of why this ban has been enforced without even contacting me first.

 

I just posted a thread regarding a banned account which I'm in no possession of and I've noticed it might have something to do with the fact I use a free wifi which is conveniently situated across the road from my flat. Here is a screenshot of the WI-FI I use

 

Anybody going to reply to my dispute or what I'm actually trying to sell some accounts at the moment.
