Explanation of the trade: I bought an account off him approximately 3 weeks ago - I paid 22.5M and I went first since he had 40 vouches at the time. He then recovered the account once - causing me to lose 8m. Second time - Last night, I got a text message saying the email was recovered, so I immediately logged onto the account, sold everything and xfered all of my stuff. - I still lost the account, meaning I am out 22.5M

Other relevant trade screenshots: He also states that I should blame OO if he's lying and not him - which is false, because he sold me the account. I want a full refund or I want a different account. I can provide anything else that is necessary - just let me know.

 

@still vkid you're responsible for returning the account to him since you sold it to him. If can't get it back to him, you will have to refund him the amount he paid for it. If you do neither, you will be banned. I've issued a DNT on your account until this is resolved. You have 48 hours.

 

No bad things i did what i had to do i told him i was NOT the oo il get the skype pictures when i get home, i pmed the oo about this and he said he didnt touch the account. I know i did not do annything wrong and il prove it since this guy tryed blaming me twice (first time he suddenly said to me bro sorry what i said no worrys about the money i lost , wich was pretty weird.. Holdup

 

It doesn't matter that you're not the original owner. You're still responsible for refunding him for the account or giving him the account back. After you do that, you can report the original owner for not giving the account back to you if he fails to do so.

It's a chain of actions.

 

I literally showed proof of a text message and email that I received. That literally shows that it was hacked. I also provided pics, and I'm willing to prove whatever else is necessary. I'm not going to lose 22.5M when I cannot access the account.

If i tell somebody im not the oo , how can you blame me i told the truth upon purchase, the guy blamed me first and backed put wich was weird. Now he comes up with other stuff i mean... I will post pics myself when i arrive home on my pc, you made your decision a bit too early imo.

 

You are responsible for returning his account if he loses access to it regardless of if you are the OO or not. That's Sythe rules.

 

He had acces to it, where is his proof he litteraly cant acces the account ? He didnt put ghe whole skype convo in here hes lying like hell , once i got the pics il upload them

 

If you bothered to look at the pictures, it's quite obvious. If i could access the account, i wouldn't go through the hassle of making this post, now would I... I spent a good 20 minutes on making the thread, and I want my account back, a different account, or a refund. So figure this shit out, since it's the second time this has happened and i'm sick of it. Go ahead and post whatever you want - it will just show how you refused to help me get my account back.

 

You're responsible for all sales you do. In the future, stop reselling accounts from people who have the potential to recover it if don't want to be held liable for cases such as these.

Also, upload any pictures that may help your case ASAP. Simply saying, "I will upload pics, he's lying" won't really cut it.

You have 24 hours to get this user his account back or refund him unless new evidence comes to light.

He got banned on sythe with other ip now you suddenly believe somebody that makes a second account. U couldve waited to state annything. Imo

 

Mate - it's not that hard to get the account back and give me it. How am I trying to scam you when you literally lose nothing by giving me my account back. if you wait 3+ days then I assume you're just trying to get into my bank and see what i have before returning it - and if i don't get it back by tomorrow, i want my 07 gp refund, or i want a new account.

Alright, so this guy claims me at first for recovering the account and STEALING 8m, but yet he can still play on the account..
this is what he said to me in the screenshot below
WHERE YOU CAN SEE HE BACKS OUT AFTER I KEEP ON DENYING TO GIVE 8m TO SOMEBODY WITH NO PROOF OF IT.
So i believe when he saw his trick to get free 8m did not work he backs out suddenly
(if i had lost 8m i would try everything to get it back and not just say after a couple of attempts) 'dw about the 8m it's fine' - also seen in the picture below



Next up this is what his proof is about the account being recovered?



Is this proof that he lost the account? NO, its just an email you get when u change settings on an email? where is the proof that he can't acces the account anymore?
and also the email would be changed and the password of that email at the same time? comon man, if i would have boughd an account i wouldve swapped the orignal email also for one of my own for safety reasons..

Last, he claims he wouldve talked to the oo, on discord.
WEIRD since i purchased the acc from the oo on sythe since HE HAD NO DISCORD,SKYPE..
Proof of it? yeah i have pictures when i was talking to the oo about these problems.

I asked him first some other questions , before i asked for his discord so i could see what he would say , clearly hes lieing about talking to the oo on discord aswell...










These pictures clearly tell that the oo did not have discord so it was impossible to have a conversation with the guy that boughd the account.


I need to see more proof, imo this guy is just trying to get money of me.

 

Im on my phone right now or I would post the discord logs. I went onto my alt account - saw the account online and pmed it. The person replied to me so I asked to talk to him. They refused to add me on skype so they asked me to use discord - which I did. I sent you the whole discord conversation. I don't see how this is a scam when all you have to do is give me the account back. It requires you to lose nothing but 5 minutes of your time. Why would I lie about the account being gone when all you need to do is recover it and give it back to me. Also - not to mention that you said you stay in touch with the OO, meaning getting the account back should be no problem, and not to mention I have a bank pin on the account, which will expire tomorrow if requested to be cancelled, meaning it is quite suspicious on your part if I don't get the account back before that. I've paid my fair share for the account and all I want is to have the account back. If you can't do that much for someone you sold a damn account to then stop making anymore sales and bullshit false promises like the account is 100% secure. I'm not asking you for my money back if you can give me the account back - simple as that. Also, I can't recover the damn account because you never gave me any fucking details besides links to change the email and the password.

Maybe you should show Screenshots of The discord Chat rather than "copy and pasted" info.

 

Btw the oo did not had discord, you never showed proof of losing the 8m and of the acc beiing recovered

 

@still vkid if you're in contact with the original owner, why can't you spend 5 minutes of your time and recover the account for him? He's not asking for a refund, he's asking for his account back, and it takes barely any time to send an account recovery request. This is your last chance to return the account to him or you'll be banned.

 

It sad when you believe somebody that was banned on sythe, i sold 30+ accs with no issue. I asked for proof 3 times but no i get nothing. He did not even show me that the account got locked/recovered...

Did i spend all this time on here to get banned by a user that has no proof of annything wow..

Il pm the oo if he doesnt know annything about this or cant help, neither can i do annything then.
