Not my fault at all!! I would have never conducted the trade if you had said you weren't going to MM it. We asked you multiple times, and you agreed, and continued to take the 76M when we were clearly stating it was a name swap not acc swap. YOU MADE A MISTAKE HOW DO YOU NOT SEE THAT?

 

he trade was conducted by you and another guy, you didn't even let me speak.... you both only go straight with the trade also in a part of the conversation I said "give him the info" referring about the account.... even in the quote of the format you said "ACC with rate name" trade

WE MADE IT CLEAR ON SKYPE IT WAS A NAME SWAP AND NOT AN ACCOUNT TRADE THOUGH. YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE IT CLEAR YOU WOULDN'T MM THAT TRADE AFTER WE MADE IT CLEAR THATS HOW WE WERE TRADING. I WOULD HAVE NEVER GONE THROUGH WITH THE TRADE HAD I KNOWN I WAS AT RISK OF LOSING MY NAME AND MY GP. YOU MADE A MISTAKE. NOT ME. I WENT INTO THE TRADE TRUSTING THE MM WILL GIVE ME MY GP WHETHER THE NAME IS SNIPED OR NOT BECAUSE OF THE TERMS STATED IN THE SKYPE CONVERSATION. YOU REFUNDED THE BUYER WHEN HE CLEARLY STATED HE AGREES THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SNIPES. YES YOU SAID YOU DIDNT MM NAMES AT FIRST, BUT WHEN WE COULDNT FIND ANOTHER MM AND ASKED AGAIN YOU AGREED TO MM FOR US AND TOOK THE 76M KNOWING YOU DIDN'T CONDONE THE TRADE WE WERE CONDUCTING.

 

@Hsurabs Gold has agreed to give me a refund of 42M due to making a mistake. I am going to agree to this 42M refund just because I wouldn't want to pay 76M of my money if I was in the situation, but I would be inclined to giving some, or the full refund. I will post a pic when I have the gp to confirm he traded me.

 

Maybe both parts we have a misunderstanding of the situation, I 'll take my own part of responsibility of it refunding a final amount of %55 of trade worth, this refund is final and the other %45 will be covered by @Purp Skurps so we can finish this drama. Agreed with that mate?

Yeah, we both realized we were kind of at fault I can see he may not have noticed we were doing a name swap because english is probably not his first language, but we did make it very clear, and we both took responsibility in this and took a 45% and 55% loss
