Clearly I've sent the money and the payment has been taken out of my bank account as it says on my bank statement, he will not show proof it's been received.

What do i do in this situation? give him the money even though I've received no payment? I have tried explaining i'd phone paypal first thing in the morning to sort it out he keeps threatening me with unauthorised payment chargebacks which he'd be commiting fraud by doing, but if you ask me to pay him out i will

 

When I say 'dispute' I don't mean I'm going to dispute the payment as unauthorised, I'm simply going to phone them and explain to them what is happening.

 

Just fyi it's better to pay the fee than to send friends and family. Its much harder to dispute as F&F

 

I've alread told him i would refund it but i havent got any notification of it being sent and it's 4;30am and can't even phone them to ask about it

 

Tbh, not even worried about it, I've been with Paypal for a few years now and I've never lost 1 single dispute that I was scammed from. I've won 106 cases. Yet lost none (even some of them were unauthorised).
