It takes a minimum of 4 weeks playing 16/hours a day. It's not possible.

i would recommend you extend the time frame to maybe 2 months otherwise i doubt anyone will do it for you.

 

Be careful who you trust.. you might get scammed on this service. 3 99's in 1 month from scratch? I would say only a very small percentage of sellers would do this and for a very ammount of osrs gold. Not an easy task at all.
