    How to increase dl speed...
    Is there a good way to increase dl/upload/browsing speed. Like a program or tutorial... And no posts about reading the fucking tutorials. I already read and used them.

    The only really proper and sure to work way is to upgrade your plan with your ISP.

    Isp = Internet Service Provider. So like if you are in austrlia its most likely telstra.

    Yeah I guess your ISP could help but simple downloads that cost nothing suck as DAP(download accelerator plus) can do the trick.

    Prog's won't do anything except slow your access down more... I reccomend joining 127.0.0.1 Proxy.. Or ask you ISP about what they can do to help you out.
