My ironman was Scammed

I bought a service on my ironman, 75-85 crafting with oldschoolservices(https://www.sythe.org/members/oldschoolservices.700683) he provide a worker to do the job a guy called Young service on skype after 1 hours this young guy stoped to answer me on skype, so i dicide the log in the account, they stole all my stuff even my gracefull set was broken, stole 7m from my ironman, barrows itens, a lot of suplies

Okay first of all stop putting "they" I'll let mods have an input on your version of this, then i will provide every screenshot or conversation i have to back it up.

your bank pictures don't exactly say anything, you also sent me "1" picture of a completely different tab, any hows, whichever mod handles this let me know what you'd like to know and i will provide it all.

I have a lot and can answer everything i guess.

 

@OldSchoolServices why is your worker ignoring @Pedrojenga ? @Pedrojenga do you have any pictures of your bank before the order started to prove you indeed did have those items on your account?

he is ignoring me too, he came online and went off a few times, i offered the customer help to get to the bottom of this, but i don't know if he has scammed or not, this is why i am awaiting whatever you need that i can provide.

 

Well, it's looking like your worker scammed. If he doesn't reply and get this sorted out, you'll unfortunately be held responsible for whatever he scammed. I've applied a DNT to your account in the meantime until we get this resolved.

 

I have plenty of proof for my TOS, and also before hiring him, i wrote a TOS for him within sythe PM if that is something you'd like to see. I would also like to know what was scammed and if it can be proved i will refund.

 

We'll wait for @Pedrojenga to see what he has to say about what was taken and then we'll decide what you'll be held accountable for.

 

would i still be held accountable even after a specific TOS was written for him that he agreed on? i didn't even have the customers account details either.

 

Sythe rules indicate that when you outsource your skilling orders, you're still responsible for any scams that occur. Also, Sythe rules supersede any TOS. So, yes, you'll still be held responsible as he went through you for the skilling order.

Hey Admires, i am sorry for the delay so i dont have pic before i am so sorry about that =/ but i was with 50m bank on my ironman! hes worker even destroyed my full graceful i have the skype chat with both!

 

I would like to let you know also, that i gave 15m to him to oldschool services!
I've never done anything wrong. I know I will not be able to recover my things, but I just want this forum to be less toxic with that kind of pll

 

please don't try twist it by making sure you tell mods you gave me 15m because this is what was said.

I am far from toxic, i had no access to your account/never knew the details. So remove me from the equation of being toxic.

If, and i mean IF you had been scammed, then i do apologise and it is my fault for bringing in the wrong person which will NOT happen again, but again i would like mods to decide upon something.

 

@Pedrojenga if you can't prove what you had on the account before the order was started, I'm afraid there's nothing I can do to help you get what was destroyed/stolen. @OldSchoolServices please refund him the cost of the service immediately.

 

Are you sorry? Do you know how long it takes to get all these things? And the one responsible for the service was you, I paid you, you selected the one worker! not me Admires, I already do some services with several members of sythe some of then could tell you the bank there i had!

 

i will refund the cost right now if he will take it...

and yes i am sorry, i thought i'd be the good person giving someone the opportunity to bring themselves up in the community, and unfortunately you're right there are toxic people, it was my wrong doing so in future i will have to be careful!
