Incorrect Ban for ban evading

Hi, requesting an unban for Sythe account Calixtee. Wrongfully accused of being a ban evader ''Zakcole''. I realise this Zakcole is on my IP audit but that's as far as it goes. Other account on my IP audit is 'loverxrawr' this is my own account, I figured this was entirely fine so long as the accounts DO NOT interact in any way shape or form and they do not. This wasn't my ban reason but I'm posting this to explain why loverxrawr is on my ip audit.

The rules said:

Interacting on Two or More Accounts/Sharing Accounts: You are strongly advised not to create more than one account at Sythe.org. If you do, ensure that the accounts do not interact with each other. Using a secondary account that is used SOLELY to bump threads while complying with the 8 hour bump rule (see above) is allowed. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

Zakcole isn't myself. Not sure how I can prove this. I've recently returned to Sythe with the intention of starting up some services to make myself some $$$ Legitimately and within Sythe's rules. This is why I have donated $200 recently to Sythe, I couldn't start my services because I wanted to wait for my major name change to be approved first, no point starting if my name is going to be changed soon, you know?

To be clear, Zakcole is NOT me. Loverxrawr IS me. Loverxrawr is an account that has NOT interacted with Calixtee and is NOT banned, in fact it has zero infractions in the 4 years since I created it. Until now it seems.

Not sure what else I need to do here. I have carried out several successful trades in the short time I've been back using Sythe. Basement can vouch for me here, he even went first and the trade went very smoothly.

Do you have an explanation for sharing an IP with Zakcole? Having two accounts in itself is not an offense, but your account is directly linked to Zakcole.

Not sure why I'm listed on the same address as that person Tmoe. I don't use VPN's or anything like that, I can only assume bad luck with a public wifi, if that's how these IP audits work IDK to be honest. I do know that if you IP audit Sythe users often you'll see random accounts on their audit. There are several pretty well established Sythe users who I've seen sharing an IP audit result with a banned user as well.

There is this quote at the top of the IP Audit feature:

Please note that just because two users have posted from the same IP does not necessarily mean both accounts are owned by one person. Quite often people are posting from public places (universities, coffeeshops, and cellphones) and this may cause two unrelated users to be linked in this table. This search only gives you a rough idea that accounts might be linked, it is by no means definitive.

The only possible explanation is that it's one of the above scenarios described in the quote. It's unfortunate that ZackCole has the same IP Audit as me. If you look at our profiles you'll notice they are nothing alike in any way, it looks like he only used Playstation markets. I've never even owned a PS, as I'm an xbox & PC user myself

I've never had a scam report made against me or any other complaint. I've successfully traded with 3-4 people since I started using Sythe again recently a couple of days ago. I would be happy to list them if you wanted so they could speak up and confirm, I won't list them unless it's required, not sure if they want to be involved in a random ban dispute either. Basement has given me permission to use his name here, he went first with a trade worth a fair amount of money, so if I wanted to come to Sythe to scam that would've been an easy quick buck, but I'm here for the community and for setting up a successful service/business which lasts. Hence the early $200 donation from myself.

As a mod on other games/websites, I appreciate that you Sythe mods are just doing what you believe is best for the Sythe community here which I'm thankful for, but this is really frustrating for me as I'm totally innocent of any wrong-doing and have only been respectful to people on my time here on Sythe. An admin could check every single one of my PM's to verify this if they have the ability to do so. I've been banned for a good 20 hours, I just wanna get back to using Sythe ASAP at this stage. Only other thing I can think of is I used an open wifi (BT openzone) at some stage while on Sythe to avoid bad internet with my usual ISP.

Not sure why an ip audit alone is enough to get me banned, even the description of the audit says that audits are not always accurate which can be for various reasons... Thx

I just don't see why I can be perm banned purely based on an IP audit, there is nothing I have done wrong, the quote in the IP audit section itself says its not reliable. I could understand the caution if the accounts were even remotely connected/similar, but this zackcole has only used playstation market. You can check Calixtee and loverxrawr and you'll find I have never made a post in that section (or even browsed it once.)

I spoke to my ISP and they use an LSN setting apparently.

After doing some research this means my ISP is offering Internet through a setting which effectively means upwards of 128 households can share the same IPs.

IPs are really expensive, and limited, so many ISP create a pool of say 12 (more/less depending on the activity of the connected households) which the various connections share.

Just to reaffirm that an IP audit alone shouldn't result in me being instantly perm banned on both accounts with no other evidence, infractions or even a scam report being made against me. Especially considering I have donated $200 to supporting this website and several long-term Sythe users have had successful trades with me since I've returned.
