    Account in question: Jaladhjin

    Reason for report - If you search his posts it seems pretty sketchy along with his IP audit. It is worth looking into

    The following users are banned while using the same IPs as him, mind you that no other user has ever used these IPs other than the person (besides people who are not active which probably belong to him as well) in question and the banned users which I will provide links to below.

    Those IPs are proxy servers. Not enough to ban.
