Hi! Have you tried recovering the account through the account recovery page? If not I can try cover it for you with a password of your choice. Not sure why it's been recovered since I haven't played RS since liquidating.

I've successfully recovered the account and have requested an email change to his email. He should be getting an email confirming this. I've also sent his the password through Skype.

 

Thanks for the update. Once @Thiz18 confirms we can close this up.

 

It's all taken care of. We're both unsure of what happened, but the accounts back in my possession.
