Buying an account 100-120 c lvl.

Well I'm buying an account from combat level 100 to 120.
Don't really care about stats as the bought account wouldn't be recovered.

I'M PAYING UP TO 10M ( Would consider paying more if the account is quite good )

Anyways info that I want is: Date when account was created ( Year and month ), if it has recoveries, then all recoveries, FIRST 3 passwords, IP changes ( how did Internet provider was changed in account history ), if it was P2P then information about it.

If you don't have any part of this info then I don't like to buy that account.

Well I wont go first as I see Sythe full with scammers.
These two options is what I'm gonna use:
1. You go first.
2. We use OFFICIAL MIDDLEMAN ( You pay fees ).

And when I'm gonna get account info. I'm gonna check it right away, because I think you could just say some wrong stuff. I MMed a lot of account trades so I know how those little scammers work.

Heres a tip for ya.. Jagex has computers everywhere. They are gods of Runescape. So if Annex said something stupid then it's his fault. I think hes Jagex mod tbh :S
