NCAA Tournament 2017

They do, it's so frustrating. And they get frazzled way too easily. If they get punched in the mouth in a game they've been leading they almost never respond well to it. Ironically in the ACC tournament that never happened because they were down the bulk of the games. Really frustrating. I didn't expect a championship this year but I didn't think they'd lose this early. Maybe to Baylor in the SS but 2nd round? Jesus. At least they have 2 recent titles, that erases a lot of sting from all the early exits. And it's not like Kansas, Villanova, etc haven't also been bounced early a lot. Thus is the danger of the one and done tournament.

I had Kansas going all the way, lol.

I think it'll be UNC and Oregon in the championship.

 

I had Kansas as well. Unfortunately we cannot get that championship (I think it'd be the best matchup for one) as they play in the Final Four this weekend. The other 2 are South Carolina and Gonzaga.

As a Duke alum/die hard it's been a frustrating 2 yrs since the title with UNC getting close to winning it all again. I hope someone can stop them but it's not looking good. I was really banking on Kentucky to stop them but they blew it.

 

Oops LOL. I guess I wasn't paying attention. I meant UNC / SC. It's too bad about Duke this year. They had good potential.

 

That'd be a really funny twist all those UNC fans rooting against Duke suddenly pitted against the very same team. It would be karmic justice for SC to kick their ass but sadly that rarely happens in sports.

I'd be shocked if UNC blew this golden opportunity.

I'm hoping Oregon can play out of their minds again and beat them.

 

Oregon's team actually is pretty good. I was pretty upset having Kansas lose against them, but it is what it is. I also thought Kentucky would had a better run.

 

I'm for Oregon as well - time to see some new teams take it all, and it's weird rooting against Gonzaga cause I'm so used to rooting for them as an underdog story ...them as a favourite has been sort of rattling this entire tournament

Hoping Oregon-SC, but I know the odds are tilted towards UNC, and more heavily Gonzaga

 

Angels just on UNC shoulders this yr. Seems like destiny. Good teams playing like crap against them and still getting close. Anyone actually shows up and they lose

Gonna be a tall order for Gonzaga. Just seems meant to be for UNC much to my chagrin.

Zags can definitely win it just seems like Carolina has that destiny vibe this year after last years heartbreak. Really is a toss up. If the Zags don't let the moment become to big for them they can win.
