Even tough the money he uses is bank funded, he can still get it back AND the sum will also be taken from your account.

I tried to sell him and performed a fake scam on him to see his reaction, he also told me then that he could get his money back for certain so that was all I needed to know he was a scammer. I told him that I'd wait a while and spend the money asap, if the money wouldn't be charged back I would accept him not being a scammer and guess what, after a day the money is taken away from my account and once again I got a limited Paypal account.
