Buying a Range Pure

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a pretty good F2P range pure to buy for about 1.5 to 2 million gp. I want about 70 range, and no more attack, strength, or defense levels than are necessary for green dhide and the most advanced f2p bow. Mage levels are acceptable no matter how high, as well as prayer. If anyone has anything of that nature, please PM me or post here. Thanks.
