he kinda wants powerleveling he kinda wants the account he kinda wants some other skills, we changed the account to my email(he did, screenshot at last post), he linked it to my email. Meanwhile there is a dispute going on, if he wins, i will keep the acc, if i win, i will link the acc to his email, i do not accept any powerleveling requests from him anymore because i can only imagine what changes he will want 1hour after starting if he changed his mind over 8 times in the span of 1 hour.

FINAL EDIT: CHARGEBACK IS STILL ONGOING AND IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY PAYPAL. THE BUYER IS JUST PARANOID ABOUT ACCOUNTS AND WAS POWERLEVELING 57-82range on his own acc

EDIT: WORKING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE GUY AS WE SPEAK. HE IS TRYING TO CANCEL THE CHARGEBACK, IT SEEMS HE JUST PANICkED BECAUSE I WASNT REPLYING WHILE I WAS SLEEPING
