Reporting someone for impersonating my old site

As you can see here he clearly advertises the site - www.rsgpbank.com, but I hold the rights to that site and shut it down back in 2014 along with my other rsgp site.

Now if you search his posts you will find many more posts of him claiming to be the owner of rsgpbank.com, but this is the site that *********decided to create after he worked for me on another site for about 1 year we became business partners but decided to shut it down after realizing we could make much more money being involved with other types of trade.

Basically this guy is pretending to be the owner of our old site from back in the day (which Roary and I still own the rights to)

 

I would like him to pay me compensation for infringement of my intellectual property rights at the rate of 85% for all the trades he made while leaving a link to ***website. That's pretty fair if you ask me.

 

And for more proof you can see the old template for our thread that wasn't yet created here, proving that *** own the rights to that website

No, he doesn't because he doesn't own it. Roary and I own the rights to that website and I have provided proof of that

 

I'll sell him the rights to the site, but he has to pay me. He's not going to just imposter being the owner of the site and get away with it without paying me. I'll sell him the rights, if he wants to make a deal then we can make a deal

yes i do own the domain, I was looking for a new domain when building the website and that one was available its not my fault if he didn't renew his domain name. I have owned this domain for over 1 year now :s

He had it before and lost it he couldn't even afford to pay the 10$ to renew the domain, the domain was available and i registered it the 7 apr 2016 and renewed it this month it will expire the 7apr 2018 he can try to get it then if i don't renew it but it wont happen as i am planing on keeping that domain for years.

Also if u try to ask him any proof of him actually owning the domain now he won't have any simply because i own it.

And to clear off all confusion the domain name rsgpbank.com will be redirected to my vouche rsgpbank vouches in the next 24-48h.

Show me proof that you own the rights to my site @rsgpbank, because as far as I know me and my business partner still own the rights to that website and I'm still able to log into it

 

So Lean, you're saying that you own the domain name rsgpbank.com, and that @rsgpbank , by leading people to believe that he owns the domain rsgpbank.com, in the posts you linked, is infringing on your rights in relation to that domain name? And, that you want compensation for that? Is that an accurate summary?
