Explanation of the trade: Was attempting to purchase soulplay gold for paypal

How they scammed: Attempted to scam by not using a mm and not going first. Claimed he had already sold 40b to multiple other people but has 0 vouches and when asked to see who he bought from, he avoided the question. I asked to use a mm and he completely refused.
