i think it might be possible... if you used a cannon but i think that still gives experience... unless he did tears of guthix... but then that brings up the lowest stat... so i agree with oyu saint... that and it just might be a very pro pic faker.

 

If he uses the cannon, he doesnt get ANY hp lvls.. altough,I must admit that I dont think this pic is real....... Why would someone become member ONLY to lvl range up to 40?????
