IRONMAN Fire Cape Help

Hey guys,

So I really want to do Fire Cape but I'm pretty amature at it, I've finally acquired most of the items I think I need for it it and Stats on my Iron Man.

70 Range
70 Defence
75 HP
55 Pray

-----THIS IS ALL THE GEAR I HAVE ATM---- (please offer advice on this )

HELM: Helm of Nezzy / Veracs Helm / Karils Coif / Torags Helm
AMMY: Power Ammy ( LOL)
CAPE: Ava's Accumulator
WEP: Karils Cross Bow // Rune Cbow with Crystal Shield Offhand
AMMO: 5.2k Bolt Racks // 4k Broad Bolts
BODY: Black D Hide Body / Dharoks Plate body...
LEGS: Back D hide Chaps / Torags Legs
Boots : Snake Skin
Gloves : Barrows
Ring : Ring of Recoil ? (LOL)

My biggest problem is I am only 53 Herblore and Can't make Super Restores or Brews and I wont be able to for a long time.

Is it possible with just Pray Pots and food?
Are there Fire Cape Services that will do capes on ironman without all the restores or brews?
I have tried to ask a few but they all say I need the pots...
Can you offer any advice or gear tips you think would suit best

It's definitely possible without brews and restores, though I would recommend getting your prayer level a bit higher and/or swapping out some of your gear for items that have prayer bonus, like god d'hide/veracs/proselyte/holy sandals if you have those. Karils xbow is a better weapon choice, and for the ring slot, an explorer's ring would be your best bet as it has a +1 prayer bonus. Purple sweets would also be nice to have.

Looks like you knocked to wrong doors and people you asked never did an Ironman fire cape. I've done personally 400-500 ironman fire capes and just one so far had brews and rests, some couldnt even get sharks
