Name Trades - The Name Trading FC

I found a very great Friends Chat called "Name Trades" that I thought Name Buyers and Sellers might be interested in. This can help with your name trading in a convenient place in-game and can improve on getting faster and more offers. I'll just copy and paste their thread.

Introduction
Welcome to the official name trading friends chat! Are you looking for your dream name that you've always wanted? How about a brand new name for a change? Well, you found the perfect place! Here, we provide a quick and easy way to safely trade names. Feel free to read below for more details.

How Does This Work?
1. Name Buyers/Sellers can post their wanted/available names in this thread or ask in the friends chat. I will list the names that are wanted/for sell by letter (see below). Please be straightforward and specific.
2. The Buyer and Seller can then negotiate on the price until they come to an agreement.
3. After that, message a ranked Middleman in the FC to safely make the swap.

Middlemen and Ranking System
A Middleman is someone who ensures that both users have a safe and successful trade and that neither party gets scammed. All Middlemen are given a rank depending on how trusted they are. The amount of money that can be traded to Middlemen is based on rank. A Middleman must know the price and name to keep the trade fair and to prevent miscommunication. Middlemen get 5% of the price to compensate their time and trust. Failure to complete the trade will result in the Middleman to return the money given.

Example: The Name Buyer agrees to buy the name "Jake" for 100m from the Name Seller. They call an appropriate ranked Middleman from the FC and inform him with the offer. The Buyer gives the Middleman 100m to hold. Once the Middleman confirms that the Buyer received the name "Jake", he will give the 95m to the Seller and keep 5m (5%). Everything is fair, and everyone is happy.
