Favorite Protein?

I could mail you the used magazines if you'd like. I have about 3 years worth stocked up. They contain nutrition and exercise information that you can't find online

 

Protein is very important for me as I'm trying to keep my calories up (joining the army at some point this year)

While protein shakes work very well (I have two a day) I'd recommend throwing a tuna sandwich alongside one after a workout. Be sure not to have more than three of these a day though as it can lead to long term health effects (mercury poisoning) and too much protein is never good. The protein power I use is Masashi natural protein, this along with skim milk is very good.

I enjoy PEScience, ON, and Quest. All usually a bang for my buck. Although, I personally enjoy cooking with my protein, so with that in mind I've had best results cooking with PEScience/Quest.

Tuna Cans and Chicken Breast

 

Just recently got into fitness probably 7 months ago. Ever since I've been training I've been using Cellucor Whey protein. Tastes amazing, I've also got Musashi chocolate protein in my cupboard which I haven't opened up.

 

I am in love with Quest protein bars. Especially the cookie dough flavoured ones. Pop one in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and it honestly tastes amazing.

Quest has some delicious shakes too! But expensive for the amount you get.

Anyway I'm heading to Fibo, so I might get a new favo brand / flavour

 

I just use Double Rich Chocolate ON whey as it's easy to drink with water and you can get the 10lb bag. I used to use the french vanilla but it was so much better with milk.

 

I kind of staying away from ON. Taste gets too old. Look into muscletech!

Best tasting protein ever for me has to be the Mutant isosurge - chocolate brownie flavor. Currently using Myprotein(brand) - chocolate peanutbutter flavor which is great also. I got a very nice deal on the protein of Myprotein that I coudn't resist.

 

I use Quest protein for baking my own protein cookies. Whenever I have shakes I mix strawberry cream ISOPURE with almond milk. Good stuff.

 

MyProtein probably the best value protein about there right now, been using it for a couple months now. Before that I switched between different brands for a few years. But yeah, for what you are getting the price is exceptionally good.

I'm getting good results with Herbalife Rebuild. Chocolate tastes really good too. It's really expensive, almost $100 per case, but my trainer lets me buy it off his account for $45

 

A juicy chicken breast, freshly caught sockeye salmon or medium-rare rib eye.

Don't waste your money on sub par supp's, real food is always the way to go in all circumstances.

But if you prefer hype over quality, then MP and ON make good products. I personally use Controlled Labs and imo they are the best brand.
