Underaged sex?

Did anyone know, that it is more of a crime for a boy underage to have sex that the girl? I remember hearing in school that a boy will get in more trouble, but not the girl (or maybe the girl gets less or something).

Did you know; The Legal age for Sex is 16, the legal age for Gay/Lesbian Sex is 16. However, the legal age for any anal sex is 18.

Learnt it in Sex-ed... Don't ask me why he told us, but he did.

 

I don't think it should be a law, more of a guideline. If both partners are ready for it I can't see the problem. Of course if it's really underage like under 11 years old then it's too young, because it's most likely they haven't reached puberty yet (except for possibly the girl).

I am from Colorado and not religious at all, but it is a real good stupid arguement on why to have sex and still make the girl think she is a virgin... LMAO

 

I think its alright to have underage sex if both partners agree.

 

What uis the sex age ? it should be 18+ AND

if your over 12 and wanna have sex you need to be within 1 year of age with your partner

I think people should have their choice in having intercourse or not...
as long as the person is responsible and understands the consequences of having intercourse...Some people take having intercourse with their Partner as meaning a Long-Term Relationship and being together forever....
A lot of times this doesn't happen...but a lot of times it happens too so either way...
I think it's up to the person...but i personally think

16 and Under = Disgusting

 

Even some kids younger then 13 get girl/boyfriends....
and then once they learn about sex then they most probably will.

 

I think when you hit 15 it should be ok by this point you should have learned responsibility. And if your dumb enough to do anything without protection, then the baby is gonna be your problem not mine

 

well honestly if your really pushed into it, like if theres a girl and shes coming on to you what are u going to do? be the person who had sex? or the guy who chickened out? Its a social thing, teens want a good image, being the scared person doesnt look so great.

0mfg ok first off,we know in some contrys its 18+,16+,15+ ok stop repeating and we know if they want to have sex its there choice stop repeating.

and we also know about "they should make sex legal at 13+" well if they did that they might as well not count rape as a crime,its not nature law were put there for a reason ~to stop criminals~ =)

 

Underaged sex is fine, there's not really a certain age where people automatically know everything, people should just have it when they're ready.

 

being a girl that has underage sex with someone. i think it should be legal, i mean its MY fault if i get pregnant, but my boyfriend and i make sure that doesnt happen, using birth control, and a condum. i know theres still a chance but still. if i wanna experement with that. i should be allowed to.
