What VPN To Use/Help with Barracuda Web Filter.

Alright, so my school before they had no filter my rs client would load and I could use that during my off periods. Now if I even try to access any rs wiki it says "blocked by barracuda web filter for the category of games" or something like that...

The problem is that if I launch osbuddy or any other game client it just sits at 0% downloading or something doing nothing. I've heard a "proxy/VPN" can bypass this but I'm not sure what to get and if it's possible to use one on a runescape downloaded client. I know some things can let you bypass the restriction on a website but how would I do that with osbuddy? Thanks for the help.

 

Hotspotshield / Cyberghost

 

I think I had hotspotshield free version but isn't that something only for my internet browser. I'm willing to pay for something that would let me open a downloaded runescape client and play it.

 

yeah, I understand it's not getting past google chrome. It's opening my game client like osbuddy.. how do I enable something like that onto osbuddy that will allow it to load/launch.
