Bought a Pokemon Go account off CrazyPipe in August of 2016, the 5th to be exact. I got two weeks use out of the account then couldn't load the game anymore. Everytime I'd get to the loading screen it would say it cannot find game data from the servers.

I contacted CrazyPipe at this point with the issue. I had purchased 1 year warranty on PA with the account, so I should've been compensated. He told me to make a case of account reclaimed on PA. So I did. He went on to tell them he thinks I botted/hacked/spoofed the account and got it banned myself.

The account was never banned, when I contacted PGO support they said they need the Registered email to the account, which I never got. Now CrazyPipe is claiming I got the account hacked cause there's a Gmail attached to it, when we apparently he doesn't use Gmail.

Just to clarify, i suggested he submits a scam report instead of messaging me every few minutes. He bought a level 28 or something in august last year and the account got hacked or something with some gmail account linked but the password remained the same, he has insurance with playerauctions and they ivnestigated the case twice last year and decided in my favor. Since a level 28 is worth 3$ atm on pokemon go i couldnt believe he wants a refund, he confirmed he still has the same password just some other gmail linked to it (none of my accs are linked to gmail because gmail requires a phone lol). I told him to submit a scam report so mods decide here(like pa decided a year ago, 2 reports from him, same acc, same result- in my favor)

also i have to state that the acc he bought has a 1 year insurance from pa, meanining i make 0 out of the insurance and pa insurance works like car insurance, when u hit some1, u dont pay, pa does, but they have to validate the reason is the other person's fault. if the acc was banned for botting(which isnt the case) pa pays back the buyer so anyway the whoal point is invalid in my opinion(when in reality he also has the acc)

please a mod check the case and decide once and for all, do i owe him a 3 $ acc on pgo or not

 

sorry buyer told me i lied on skype just now, the password isnt the same, its a new one but he has it. I just wanted to say he has possession of the acc. (had to write it because he is being salty

Seller misunderstands, I don't want a refund of $3, I want a refund of what I purchased. I paid $18 for this account. And $7 for insurance. So I want a refund of $18.

 

No, there was no email attached when I got the account, it asked me to change the password when I logged in on the web originally.

 

and then an account is attached but u still have the password(of the level 28 account on pokemon go) and u have had it for nearly a year now?

 

and the email is gmail, meanining its from a supposably real person who has a phone linked, not from someone who has to create a lot of emails?

 

Like I said to you, the account can still be logged into, but there's an internal error with it. And the support from Niantic asked for the registered email to the account. Which is why I contacted you.

 

and the registered email got changed 2 weeks after u bought it (in aug 2016)to an email with @gmail.com without the password being changed. The account was originally registered with another domaind which i provided u with, the email was auto deleted but can still be accessed if u login, it was a year ago.

ALSO to clarify, at the pgo hype we sold over 1k accs, and many ppl were trying to scam us, or bought an acc, botted it for 2 days 2months after the bought it, got banned, tried to use insurance, failed. To validate ur point, u have to prove where does the email that is currently linked from come from(if u cant it kinda looks like ur just trying to rip me off of my 3$(acc is worth that much atm, 15$ is what we got out of the 18ish when he purchased))
2nd u have to provide me with a reason why i should pay for something ur insured for, its like u hit my car drunk, insurance sees ur drunk, doesnt pay u, u sue me to pay u. (the whoal 2nd point comes to play if i am indeed wrongdoing by hacking ur account and putting my phone on a gmail account to get that account which is very valuable)

3rd point: it all comes back to me that ur trying to rip me off because in the end ur telling me u still have the present password, u change it to something, and u have it atm, so i have no idea what we are talking about atm. ima go buy a burger

 

Can you provide proof of the original email login just for clarity?

 

Well to start I did try to get my money back through PA to which you told them I botted and made sure I didn't get my money back, even after telling me you were going to give me an account of equal or greater value. Please explain to me why someone would hack the account but not change the password on the account. I told you the issue I was having with it and you told me that you don't add any Gmail's to it, and that I must be trying to scam you. Then you told me to post all the proof I had that I was having a legitimate problem with the account you sold me on here, which I did.

How am I supposed to prove there's an email attached to it when it's not my email, I showed you the email they sent me, which said the attached email is not my own.

And finally stop acting like you know how car insurance works, cause you clearly don't. For one you don't pay a one time fee for car insurance, and they definitely never want to pay you a fair amount even if the accident is totally legitimate. Then ontop of that you working against me doesn't help my situation. You played nice to my face while in reality telling PA something completely different which in the end screwed me out of my fair re-imbursement. Because you lied to them I lost out on my insurance, you told them I botted and got the Account banned, when in reality the account isn't banned, I can still use the login info, but when I get to the loading page I get the error I provided. When I contacted PGO support they said I needed the registered email, which I came to you for. You told me it couldn't be you, that you don't use Gmail and that I had to have gotten the account hacked. Which in reality is even more ridiculous.

u do pay a one time fee on ur car insurance for 1 year, i have 2 cars stolen from me a bmw and a merc and i had full car insurance on both, dont tell me i dont know, also i had over 4 car accidents.
and also if the acc isnt hacked or banned and isnt linked to an email by me i dont understand what the issue is
i didnt provide proof u hacked or botted im saying that u probably still hacked or btted or got hacked thats why the email is linked to some gmail.com with a 3 starting as u said.

 

its not my email aswell, why would i go through the hassle of creating a gmail to link it to a 3$ account without even chaging the password(if im trying to scam u ) if u check my feedback alone yesterday i sold 6 staking accounts 1 99range account and a few other accounts alone,(1k+ of accs sold just yesterday) and for years now1 had issues.

 

the original email was auto deleted, like its emails, it can be accessed though, its the same password and username as the login, u cant have a pgo acc without linking it, it requires verification when u login. all of the pgo accs we sold a year ago had the same username and pass as the email they had, just with the email prefix

 

Based on what I've been told by @Killswitch, it seems that a lot of accounts during this time were being botted on. When you got banned for botting in August-ish, the Pokemon Go app simply wouldn't let you login or even load for that matter. Unless another mod/admin wants to put input here, I believe that this Pokemon Go account was botted on and resulted in the ban.

Now the question remains is that did Pokemon Go instantly ban botted accounts or did they wait a period of time. It's quite possible that crazypipe had botted these and thus resulting in the ban. It's very hard to prove.

 

most of the pokemon go accs we sold were botted yes, we hand trained on pgo for 7-10$ an hr(we had 3 ppl walking around parks) only first 3 weeks after release, i refunded ppl who got banned, issue here is that the user had an email changed to gmail etc, which is so phishy to me, im not sure if he is trying to fake it being hacked or actually got hacked or used some cheap bot and got hacked, thats the whoal thing im saying.

ON THE 2ND DAY THAT PGO WAS RELEASED WE WERE THE FIRST IN THE WORLD WHO HAND TRAINED WALKING IN THE PARK AND PLAYING ACTUALLY, AND WE WERE FULL OF ORDERS, A FEW WEEKS AFTER RELEASE BOTS CAME OUT AND THEY WERE STABLE 1 MONTH AFTER THAT BANS

error fetching blah blah, its banned, atleast 1 year ago, again i remember a little bit of pgo as nowadays no1 buys pgo accs and they are cheap, easy to bot them without a ban, 1-28 takes 5 days, 3$ and 5$ are level 30ish, we have a few left, i can refund the guy with another acc but he is pissing me off its not about the acc, its about the email linked and how he is talking to me on skype, when i dont reply on the thread to hahanerd for 1 sec, he messages me, i just dont want ppl exploting me. especially when like in this case he has insurance, no its a whoal other thing, as stated above
