[soulhate] requesting pardon for [blackhat?/ban evasion]

to start off id like this pardon to be on soulhate, death emo is such a cringe name. once this is posted i do expect this account to be banned which is why im posting with it, and will now reply via unregistered account.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
this will be 2 parts, first about death emo then about soulhate.

a year or 2 before i joined sythe i was young and dumb and playing soulsplit 1 at the time, just learning about ddos's and other blackhat stuff, so i made the hackforums account and posted around to get pc so i could download those type of things. i have never actually got any to work or ever used anything on anyone even myself, and a little later when on to the rsps deving scene never touching it again.

now i was like 14 at the time i made the hack forums account and posts on dec 12th 2012 and reported on jan 24th 2014. i knew at the time and still do that blackhat stuff is wrong and would harm other people, i was young, immature and only thought about my personal gain. and you can see the immaturity/panic in my previous pardon. alot has changed over the past 5 years, mainly being my maturity and conscience. i could give you my life story of whats happened since to change me into the man i am today, but it would take to up to much of everyones time so ill give the tl;dr a few months after being banned off of sythe i had to drop out of highschool, leave the rs/rsps scene and the toxic friends i was hanging out with at the time, to work general labour jobs to support my now ex(and later on her son) and myself, it taught me alot about right/wrong, respect, responsibility, what people go through for the things they have and the affects i could have had on them (my car got stolen and was found wrecked the next day, i was destroyed and screwed lost my job cuz i had no way to and from, lost my now ex cuz i couldnt support her, something not worth much (maybe 2k cad max) ended up ruining my life i know ones online and ones real life but the feeling would be the same regardless when you lose stuff you work hard for.)since my time on sythe i dont think ive made many trades, a soulsplit account, a steam account and now a osrs account. but my intentions were never to scam anyone, i did enjoy what time i did have on death emo as this is a great community, and theres still so much about sythe i have yet to learn.

now onto soulhate

i knew i was banned when i made soulhate, i didnt agree with the ban reason and probably should have attempted to pardon instead of ban evading and making it worse on myself but i cant change that now alls i can do is try to make it right. thoughout the 5 years came to sythe to lurk from time to time and have spent alot of time in the RAS/dispute section and in my eyes i wasnt a threat to the community and didnt agree with the ban but i do see how in others eyes i was a possible threat, continueing on ban evading will only hurt my chances of getting back into the community, and its only a matter of time before i just become another statistic to yousuck/wortel. this pardon more then likely will be denied as im currently ban evading, but its better to start that 6 month clock now then later.

there isnt much more to say or explain but i do fully understand i was in the wrong more times then not, hopefully you can see past my mistakes and allow me back into the community eventually.


Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?:yes, i think faster then i type so i sometimes mixup or misspell words so if anythings unclear feel free to ask but this is 5 years old and things are hard to remember. i tried to get all into this pardon but if i missed anything please let me know

In light of the new update to our rule in regards to blackhat activities. I think there may be a possibility that you wont need to pardon. I will consult with other staff members and return to you shortly with what will happen next.
