Can we get an update on this @Azie ? I've shown a lot of evidence and proof that the RSN Cowl was indeed on the account changed names on.

 

@Sim2006 @Kanto can you both run me through exactly how you went about performing the xfer of the name?

I asked him to add me on Skype as he was prepared for the transaction.
In the Skype chat I told him I had bought 2 bonds and they were ready for the name change.
He was ready for the exchange too and told me he would pay me 105M OSRS GP if it went through.
Alternately he would compensate me 70M if it was sniped (which apparently happened).
I changed names once to Similarr (my current RSN).
I asked him if he was there and ready so on my "GO" he would instantly take the name and I would change again.
I changed names again to Similarr (the guide said to use the same name as it'll less likely be sniped).
He claims the name was sniped and prepares to "sell some stuff" to give me as compensation.
He then deletes me on Skype.

In this thread he claims that I did not own the RSN on the account I changed names on, but I have provided evidence of that through the following screenshots: http://m.imgur.com/a/L55HQ

As you can see, both accounts have the exact same XP (they're the same account), however, Cowl's stats on the website were last updated 22 hours ago, and Similarr (current name) was updated 8 minutes ago.

 

The above is what happened, i agreed to 105m 07 IF i was able to get the name and 70m rs3 if the name was sniped. Everything went smooth and a good 30 seconds before he said "go" so around the time he just changed the first time i started spamming the name so theres no way it could have been snipped. When he said "go" i was able to change it the same time and it said it wasn't available. So theres just no way in hell that the name could have been sniped even before he changed it.

And post the screenie of you with the 2 bonds and you logged in. The one you sent me. The stats were different then that, You had a zulurah pet no way in hell u can get a zulurah pet with those stats in the pictures.

 

The stats on that is the rs3 profile, the oldschool profile has zulrah stats.

just post the screenie you posted to me. Again the reason i deleted you is already stated as i thought about it and there was just no way it could a been sniped. Waiting on staff to give final decision

@Kanto what doesn't make sense is that you agreed to reimburse 70m in the result of a snipe. You're now saying there is no way a snipe can be proved so why would you offer him a false sense of security?

Also, your reason for removing him of Skype along with the fact that you said you're selling a few items as the name was sniped?

 

I'm not denying the fact that I did agree to the 70m rs3 if it got sniped but it's just to fishy for me to say it was sniped or that it was sniped that's why I guess we need staff to make their thought on it. With it being literally no gap in the time it was released it's just to un realistic

Edit; if it happened a minute or hour or days later then yeah that's sniped but litteraly a milasecond less than that even.

 

But the photos posted by @Sim2006 are showing the rsn has been transferred somewhere?

 

It has, I'm not sure who owns the RSN now, but I showed proof that I did own the rsn Cowl on my main account which is now called Similarr. I don't have any other accounts with the 250 total requirement as that is my only main, otherwise I would have use that to grab a new rsn to sell since I could have given login details then.

 

Okay if that's what has happened then I'll happily pay you the 70m rs3. I just didn't think he transferred it or transferred it to a new name and said go later

 

Like sniped it himself and said go earlier then when I started to spam in which was 30 seconds before he said go.

Edit; on mobile sorry for the double post. But there's just no proof on both sides of that so I guess that's where the staff needs to weigh in with their professional opinion. I've bought multiple names and this has never happened. So I'm new to this too. But there's no reason to hold up anymore of your Time so whatever is your final say is what i will go with.

@Kanto pay him 70m and provide evidence. Also not sure where you have gotten 70m rs3 from. Avoid trying to manipulate manipulate the situation.

The trade was 105m 07 so you need to refund 70m 07 not rs3.

Wasn't specified if it was 07. The main trade was 07 but not the 70m I'll pay 70m rs3 -/ he's already agreed to it

 

@Kanto @Azie It was never specified, the only thing I did specify was that I was trading in OSRS currency only. Whilst I do think 70M RS3 is unjust since it'll only grant me $12 (which is what I paid for the RSGP to actually buy the bonds), I'll end up being out of a name and breaking even. I'll settle for less 07GP, but be reasonable.
