No, not scammer, he got it killed off of tutorial island. I know how to do it, but I'm not telling and I can even show you a video of that. If you really think he's a scammer, get to trade him, us MM let them check, and I'm sure he's not a scammer.

This isn't a scam. The account has been made some while ago, when Tutorial island wasn't updated yet (right after the 9 hp accounts)

You were only given an explanation of the use of the bank system etc, and you didnt have to kill rats, so it has 0 xp in everything
