Range level and cannon?

Does range level affect how often/high a cannon hits?

 

According to my statistics it is about 22K xp/1K balls.

 

Yeah I get 20-25k per 1k so as holy said somewhere around 22k would be good for calculations

 

23.5K Each 1K cannons ball u make.

I believe the cannon is only affected by your current attack style offensive bonus (which is not necessarily your range bonus), i.e. for the weapon slot, wielding a godsword on slash would give the biggest boost to your cannon accuracy.

Yes range lvl matters, ive done Desert Treasure with 10hp/no pray and I remember I kept failing at Dessous cuz my cannon hitted a shit load of 0s. This happened because Dessous lowered range to 0, when I finally started using restore/range pots it was easy.

Range level does not affect cannon accuracy whatsoever, this was stated in a Mythbusters QA

 

Doesn't matter what you're wearing, not sure about your range level though!

 

gear matters, how higher your attack bonus how more of a chance you'll get high hits.

 

It does matter what your wearing, that's the only thing that matters lol.

It scales from your highest accuracy bonus

 

yeah even wearing a dragonfireshield or ags or something will definetely help

A dragonfire shield wouldn't do anything. It goes off your highest offensive bonus, IE. Crush, slash, range, mage, ect.
