Refund policy:
I will refund the full payment if I cannot complete the task within 24 hours.
I will refund the payment for an individual quest if the customer lacks the requirements.
I will NOT refund payment if the serviced account is banned during service.
I will NOT refund payment if the serviced account runs out of membership while doing a member's quest.
Service will be resumed if the non-member's account is given membership in the 24 hour time frame, but the 24 hour time frame will be reset.
I will pause the 24 hour timer if the account is locked during service.
I will refund any gold lost when retrieving items from Death.

If I order a lot can I get a discount?

 

Yes, I've just updated my post to include bulk discounting. Between 5 and 10 quest orders (where the lower bound is inclusive and upper is exclusive) are 15% off. Orders greater than or equal to 10 get 30% off.
