    This is a message to anybody about to ask for a price check on a name.

    I understand with the recent name release people are excited to see what their new names are worth, however please read the sticky on how to tell whether or not your name is rare before asking for a price check. If you've done that and are still wondering, ask yourself these questions.

    - Is it actually a word and is it spelled correctly?
    - Would people actually want this on their main RS account?

    If the answer is no, then your name is likely something like "Prescribing". This name would be worth nothing.

    Because it's not sought after.... No one is opening up their checkbook to have the name Black Adam, (I am very familiar with Black Adam by the way, the DCU is nothing new to me I have tattoos of many DC/Marvel Characters including plastic man batman and sub mariner) It doesn't mean you cannot sell the name it just means you need to find a DC fanatic who would love this name.
    Another example I own the name BloodRayne I haven't asked for a price on here because it would be deemed worthless to the average player. The only ones interested are those who've played the game BloodRayne/Love the game/Love the name/Absolutely obsessed with BloodRayne or someone who knows they can find one of those people. In order to find a buyer you need to find someone who loves the character. Simple as that hopefully I shed some light on this for you. Good luck selling because for DC fans it would be a nice name to have.
