BadAndBoujee Requesting a Pardon for Ban Evasion

To note:
1) I posted a pardon a while back and Azie replied asking when I tried to contact the victim, and it was a bit late - December 21, 2016 - other than PM on Sythe / Skype, I had no other effective medium to reach him through. (BadAndBoujee requesting a pardon for Ban Evasion)
2) I have never, at all, scammed since this incident of 2M OSRS
3) Just a question: the last thread I posted was closed because I didn't respond to Azie's question. It's just because I didn't know how to respond to a pardon on a guest account. How do you do it? I couldn't find the feature.

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: It has been a while since the scam has occurred, so I am not sure of the best medium to contact the victim through. After retrieving relevant info from Admin Video, I was able to find the original post about the scam, and reached out to the victim's Skype that was displayed. (shown here, will update upon potential replies - Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet)
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nope. I take full blame for the petty scam.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: In late 2015, I made a thread where I offered to swap my Ikov for 07 GP. "Jimmyplzwork" messaged me about wanting to swap his 2m 07 for my 1.2b Ikov, to which I replied that I'd take the deal, but would not go first or in increments, given my reputable position over his. After a long Skype conversation, he conceded to trading his cash first - upon accepting this trade, I revoked contact with him, scamming the total of 2m 07.   A year later, I am back to playing OldSchool RuneScape as a university student, and wanted to return to a fresh start of earning/trading currencies again through Sythe. It sounds bad, but I've been wanting to use RWT as a means to pay off some college debts. Further, excluding this incident, I have been legitimate with every other transaction I'd had on all of my "evaded" accounts. In fact, on BadAndBoujee alone, I have successfully dealt with $1500+ in a short span without problems. It was a petty mistake to scam, let alone scam 2m, and I highly regret my decision.

If he fails to reply in a month. We will put the debt towards an unrelated scam. Please keep me updated when appropriate.

 

I messaged him on December 21, 2016 - its been more than three months now. His Sythe and Skype are evidently inactive. Is there any other measure I can take to prevent the prolonging of a month?

 

So you originally contacted him on 21st December... Do you have any proof of the date?

Yup, December 21, 2016 - its been around 3 months since I've extended a full reimbursement for the scam.

Since the incident, I have not scammed a single Sythe user beyond the aforementioned person of 2m. These accounts were created because I personally did not fully understand the pardon process, and used that naivety to avoid the penalty and trade on new accounts instead. I apologize for the evasion - I just wanted to be involved in the Sythe community and personally felt that my punishment was excessive for the small infraction.
