I had recently bought an account with 99 farming as well, but it had 1800 total level, and I had bought it for 700$ usd (got lucky and was able to get it lower than the listed price)

 

Wow, I didn't think something like 99 farming would be worth that much. The account you bought must have had max combat

 

It wasnt maxed combat either, its combats were around the same as yours, but pretty much all stats were 60+ minimum
