Buying a good staker

Ok im open to suggestion.
Payment can be a you go first or an MM - I know a good guy who has like 70 vouches. We can decide to use someone else if you want.

It can have been members as long as you have PINS used.
Bank Pin is also allowed under the condition we use an MM.

Im looking for a 1 prayer! And low/no mage but again I am open to suggestions.
The max I intend to pay is 7m for an account but 9m is on the table for a good account.
