When buying an account, does the creation really add to safety?

I ask this as recently i bought an account with the creation email and it got recovered hours later....
Also, can't anyone can recover their rightful account with their creation IP? ... Am i wrong?

 

Account buying is extremly risky and should be done only from confirmed sellers purely because its so easy to recover them.

 

Any owner can recover their acount at any time and there is litterally nothing you can do about it. I could give you all the stuff i'd fill out for a recovery and I'd still win the recovery in 99% of the time because I could be holding back one small detail like creation password.

Only buy from reputable sellers not from people with one postcount.
