What does a "MiddleMan" do?

 

A middleman is someone part of a trade, to secure it.

For example, in a PIN trade, the middleman holds the cash, and then also inputs the PIN, so that both players will not scam.

A middleman, is a person that takes from both players, and basically does the trade, so no one gets scammed.

For example:

S1 and S2 are trading a membes pin and they don't want to get scammed, so they call S3 the MM to Middleman for them.

S1 gives S3 the gold, and S2 gives S3 the pin, S3 activates the pin for S1then give the gold to S2, no one is scammed.

They are trusted people who make sure that noone scams on either side of the trade. I.E. in an account trade the MM holds the account information from the seller and collects the money from the buyer that way neither of them are able to scam

The guy in the middle that handles the trade, makes sure it is safe, and checks if trades are legitimate.
